Each grad will be given 4 complimentary tickets with the option to purchase additional tickets for $5 each. These tickets will be first come, first serve while supplies last. Extra tickets will be available for purchase online and in the office on May 21st.

Students should arrive by 430pm. The group photo is at 5pm, check-in is at 5:30pm, and the program starts at 6pm. (Subject to change). The last day to purchase tickets is June 20th.
Guest Passes: 
Applications for the Banquet & Dance will need to be approved by Administration, and it is not guaranteed that applications will be approved.  As the Grad Banquet and Dance is the culminating social event of the grade 12 year, school administration has a responsibility to ensure that all guests in attendance will conduct themselves appropriately, be respectful to all other graduates and guests, and comply with requests/follow direction from school staff. 

Please note:

All guests must be a secondary student (grades 10-12) from the Chilliwack School District. 
All guests will be required to have a character reference from an SD#33 school principal or vice-principal. 
All guests will be required to bring a piece of photo ID for entrance into the event.
For all grad functions outside of the City of Chilliwack, transportation will be provided by the School District, and it is expected that the guest will use the provided transportation.
Any grad bringing a guest to the Banquet that is NOT in grade 12 at Chilliwack Secondary School will require an approved guest pass. You can find guest passes near the student phone by the office or click HERE to print one. Submit your pass to the office for approval, once approved you will receive instructions on how to purchase your guest ticket.

Once the Banquet and Dance is over the night is just beginning!  There are plenty of fun things to do including casino games, character artists, games, bands, food and drinks.  Grads should wear comfortable clothing and shoes as this is an activity packed event.  Tickets will be available at the main window at the school office.

*PLEASE NOTE:  This is an event that is free of drugs and alcohol.  Students that come to this event under the influence or in possession of drug or alcohol will not be admitted.  There will be no refunds.  All school rules apply.  There are NO in and out privileges...once you leave you will not be allowed back in! There is also no coat/bag check. Please leave your bags at home or in your car!!


Parents and students promote the purchase of organic produce boxes to our supporters, who purchase the boxes online. SPUD delivers the orders to supporters’ homes and offices, and donates 25% of the purchases back to our school.

This is an ongoing fundraiser and will run from November to June.  



At Chilliwack Secondary School, all graduating students are required to complete the Graduation Transitions 12(GT). It is the final course of the Graduation Program. GT requirements will be met though the completion of their my Blueprint portfolio. Students need to be complete their portfolio and email Mrs. Bernard to let her know it is complete before January 19, 2018.


Starting September 24, 2017, the Ministry of Education will launch Student Transcripts, a web-based service that makes secure transcript sharing between students and participating post-secondary institutions quicker and more convenient. Students will also be able to access other information through this service, such as exam results and scholarship status.
To access the Student Transcripts Service site log in here. You will need your full legal name, date of birth, email address and you PEN. Your PEN can be found on your report card. The first step will be to create your BCeID. Click here for directions on creating your BCeID.


The Grad Planner is a Ministry-produced document prepared for students entering the Graduation Program. The document outlines graduation requirements, means of getting graduation credit, and provides information about Graduation Program exams as well as funding post-secondary education. The Grad Planner also contains numerous links to websites with helpful information, and for the first time this year includes an appendix of top jobs in demand.
English and French versions of the 2017-2018 Grad Planner are now available on the Ministry Graduation website.
