Students will walk under their usual name at the ceremony, if you prefer to walk under your legal name please check the box below indicating so.  
**please note: keepsake diplomas will be printed in your usual name unless otherwise indicated. Diplomas from the Ministry of Education will be printed with your legal name.
Your commencement statement will be read as you walk across the stage, it should be a statement about what you plan to do in the future or thanking important people in your life.
Some sample starters could be:
“Tom plans to attend…”
“Hayley would like to thank….”
“Marissa is going to travel and…”
“Carson plans to take the year off and…”
